Remote Assistance Service

In order to receive remote support service, please check the process below

  • Check the support availability

    1. Send us the technical issue by email (support@novitec.co.kr) or leave it on our website(link).
    2. Check support availability with our technical staff

  • Remote program installation

    Prior to the scheduled time of support, please download and install the program below.

  • Troubleshooting support

    After running the Teamviewer program at the scheduled time, contact technical support team at 070-7122-1000 for assistance with troubleshooting.

  • Problem solving

    After the technical support is complete, you can delete the Teamviewer program.
